About Me: Jun Huo
Jun Huo received the B.S. degree in mechanical engineering from Northeastern University (NEU), Shenyang, China, in 2018 and the Ph.D. degree in control science and engineering from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) (Supervisor: Jian Huang), Wuhan, China, in 2025. Currently, he is a Research Associate at the Department of Mechanical and Automation Engineering of the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK). His current research interests include flexible medical robots (surgical robots), rehabilitation assistive robotic systems, wearable robots, and medical robots.
My current research focuses on human-centered wearable rehabilitation assistive robots, including supernumerary robotic limbs (SRLs), exoskeletons, and other bio-inspired robots. My research lies in the combination of mechanism design, optimization, and learning-based control.
